This position is part time currently but if desired/or mutually agreed can become full time.
Must fluently communicate in English, Spanish speaking is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments/jobsites.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Make sure all certifications, permits, registrations are up to date/file.
Requirements:
Self-Motivated Disciplined High school diploma/GED.
Ability to actively perform with minimal supervision Previous experience is a PLUS Knowledge of payroll is A PLUS Strong attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Team player.
