Accounts Payable & Cash Applications Team Lead
JENSEN HUGHES is seeking an experienced AP & Cash Applications Team Lead for our Baltimore office location.
This is a hybrid position going into the office once a week.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Cash Applications Manager, the Team Lead will possess strong knowledge of invoice and payment processing.
This role will oversee the day-to-day accounts payable function of accurate invoice recording and payment processing, as well as the cash applications function to record incoming customer payments.
The Team Lead will be involved in these functions across multiple domestic and international JH reporting entities.

Work with a team of 4-6 specialists Manage the approval process of accurate and timely recording of vendor invoices in the accounting software (Deltek Costpoint) Assist with the weekly and occasional off cycle payment runs (checks, wires, ACH, etc) Manage the approval of accurate and timely recording of customer payments in the accounting software (Deltek Costpoint) Work daily with multiple currencies Assist with leading timely, deadline driven month end close reporting Ad hoc requests Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external customers and vendors The successful candidate will have 4
years of applicable experience; Management experience is a plus; Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel); Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
