Lumina Solar is looking for an analyst to join its Business Strategy team.

This is a great junior level role for someone looking to move into an advanced operations, data analysis, or project management position.
You'll be a valued member of the Business Strategy team.
Your peers will rely on your expertise and you will help move businesses and homes toward carbon neutrality.
You will report to our Vice President of Business Strategy.
In this role, you'll gain experience in the following areas:
Project Management:
Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions Conceptualize different efficiency improvement projects for all business units Roadmap and execute projects from start to finish Effectively communicate insights and plans cross-functionally to all teams and business areas Document and communicate the results of your efforts Product Management:
Learn how to use all the software tools in our tech ecosystem including but not limited to Salesforce, Atlassian Tools, Smartsheet, DealHub, and PowerBI Assist in software tool improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and streamline operations Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements in order to automate and modernize Lumina's systems Corporate Support:
Work on the Business Strategy team on company-level initiatives Learn the solar business to provide context in decision making and project deliverables Liaise across all business units and revenue streams from Operations to Sales on special projects Data Analysis:
Create strong foundations for different data architecture systems across all business units Engage in tasks that help increase data capture across business units Perform data and trend analysis to inform high-impact business decisions Become proficient in the stages of data
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 1-2 years of work experience in project management, process improvement and/or strategic planning Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Critical-thinking mentality with the desire to solve complex business issues Ability to manage a variety of projects at once Self-starter attitude with initiative Preferred:
Experience with any of the following tools:
