Candidates must have substantial communication skills to maintain client rapport while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This vital role will require individuals to have the ability to adapt to an on-demand office that services critical clients with very specific needs.
Candidates should be able to assist both the client relations and the dispatch department in a hybrid model that includes incident reports, audits, specialized tracking, live reporting, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Candidates should be professional, polite, punctual, and attentive while also being reliable.
They should always be prepared and responsive, and willing to meet various challenges directly.
Candidates must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Most importantly, candidates should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling office tasks, such as taking calls from clients, entering tickets, communicating vital information to either clients or other staff members, filing, generating reports, and supporting other office staff.
They must also screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate parties while ALWAYS maintaining polite and professional communication via phone or e-mail.
Finally, being that each delivery could be the catalyst to saving a life, candidates must ALWAYS anticipate the need of their assistance to ensure the Stat Experts team is providing the highest level of client service possible.
Job Requirements:
Prior office experience.
Microsoft Office proficient (Knowing Microsoft Excel code is a plus).
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Ability to write and read reports.
Adaptability and organization skills.
Teamwork skills.
Calm and professional phone demeanor AT ALL TIMES.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Desire to anticipate needs of upper-level management to aid in smooth days.
