PDS Tech is seeking a PC Network Support Technician fro an open position in Linthicum, MD.
In your role you will:
Perform Desktop support, working IMAC tickets as well as desktop XP and Win 7 O/S, SW and HW issue resolution.
Candidate must have working knowledge of HP Desktop and Laptop hardware, experience with Blackberry and remote access support. Perform SW installs and configuration as well as installation of memory and dekstop periphals.
Perform desktop refresh Refresh consists of scheduling installation with the user, delivering the PC , copying data from the old device to the new device, setting up user environment for logging on to the NGGN, configuring printing environment, installing sector layer 1 applications and removing old equipment.
Required Skills:
HP Certified. A are both required.
