Under limited supervision, assists specialists and professionals in all aspects of project design or production, including data collection, basic calculations and testing, and report preparation. Also provides general administrative support to a group of departments. Reviews project specifications and confer with specialists and professionals concerning assistance required. Collects compiles and analyses moderately complex information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials Perform basic quality control checks. Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answers and screens manager''s telephone calls, and arranges conference calls. Coordinates manager''s schedule and makes appointments. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Composes types and copies outgoing correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance. Perform basic accounting duties, such as light receivables/payables and/or invoice approval preparation. Input project or production data into database. Perform field work to gather data and materials. Edits, manipulates and prepares field data into data base or report format. Records research data into handwritten logs or computer databases. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
