Key Role:
Provide cradle to grave, full life cycle, strategic contracts administration leadership, advice, and support to DoD clients. Assist with proposal response, such as RFP review and risk identification. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and support OCI and relationship development and management with the clients' acquisition teams.
Basic
Qualifications:
-8 years of experience with contract administration and negotiation with the DoD
-Experience with resolving OCI issues
-Experience with establishing agreements with small business prime contractors and SBA's Small Business Subcontractor Rule
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional
Qualifications:
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
