We have two decades of experience protecting critical systems from downtime, data loss and equipment damage.We are seeking an experienced Shipping Receiving Warehouse Associate to be responsible for the following:
Coordinates with carriers or vendors shipment schedule of deliveries.
Prepares bills of lading and checks items to be shipped against work orders
Manages all inbound receiving, including: unloading, verifying accuracy of order, sorting, and stocking of items in the warehouse
Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims
Keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Maintains shipping/receiving database, prepares routing reports and files records
Manages warehouse inventory and orders stock
Orders and maintains shipping and packaging supplies
Generates scrap shipping documentation and contact carriers for scrap pick up.
Maintains all tools and equipment
Drives non-CDL trucks. Loads and unloads trucks with propane forklifts and electric pallet jacks. May deliver batteries and equipment to sites.
Builds skids and prep units / batteries for shipment.
Preps batteries for installation
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 2
years shipping and receiving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communications. Strong problem solving skills. Computer proficiency is required with the ability to learn new systems. Must have the ability and willingness to drive non-CDL trucks, operate electric pallet jacks and propane forklifts, and repeatedly lift up to 75lbs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
