Application Support Analyst

This team is responsible for answering complex questions on function and usage of products, as well as initial triage and subsequent resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will serve as primary liaison between company and customer and must have the ability to quickly learn very robust proprietary software solutions.Key Job ResponsibilitiesUsing multiple tools and resources, triage and resolves clients? software questions or problems in the areas of product functionality, business enhancements and configurationUse problem solving and troubleshooting skills to investigate and solve a broad range of issuesDiffuse client problems through effective listening skills, positive action, information gathering and/or escalationPrioritize, balance, and multi-task competing issuesComplete projects relating to software implementations and deploymentPromote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among usersRequired For SuccessBachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar major or equivalent work experience3+ years of customer application support experienceExperience working directly with external customers in accordance with SLA?sDatabase or programming experience is considered a plusExcellent analytical, troubleshooting and customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding timelinesClear, effective, and proactive written and verbal communication skillsExpertise in core MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Why choose basys?We believe our employees are vital to our success. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
