Business Analyst

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Develop subject matter expertise in relevant technology products Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to establish and document business needs Translate business requirements into detailed user-focused specifications Independently design, configure, implement, and document technical solutions Facilitate UAT and functionality testing Generate and review test plans for new developments Ensure high quality project deliverables and reporting Requirements of the Business Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline At least 5 years of experience as a BA with strong requirements definition ability Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Hands-on experience with employee benefits/HRIS software preferred Database or programming experience is a plus Keywords:
