For Sale: 1979 Jeep CJ7 in Linthicum, Maryland for sale in Halethorpe, MD
Vehicle Description 1979 JEEP CJ7 PROJECT We just acquired this 1979 JEEP CJ7 from a buddy of ours who owns a body/restoration shop in Southeast PA.
Actually he is finishing off one of our cars now 1967 GTO anyway, one of his restoration jobs is this CJ7.
We were told it belonged to a guy that lost his job due to Covid and that he didn't have the money to complete the restoration.
We were lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time so we bought it.
We are offering it up for sale to you for a limited time AS-IS Once we get caught up with our own work we will pull the listing and this offer will be null & void !! CHECK IT OUT !! This jeep has been a work in progress for many years.
It was built to show but had to be a dependable cruiser and rock crawler too.
Thousands of dollars were spent in all the right places and it shows.
It was taken off the frame and stripped to a bare shell then reassembled to what you see here today.
It runs & drives and all the bodywork is complete and it is cut in with Hugger Orange paint.
It comes with a ton of parts and 3qt's of paint to complete the project.
All the hard work is done only needing paint and final assembly to be complete.
The engine runs really good and sounds awesome.
It is a 383c.
i.
small block with aluminum heads that we were told is a fresh rebuild.
It is backed up by a crisp shifting TH-400 automatic transmission and a Dana 60 rear.
It appears that the front diff and transfer case are original but i really don't know their particulars.
It has new gauges, new steering, new suspension, new brakes, new Weld wheels with bead locks and new Mickey Thompson 35'' tires, new exhaust, both hard and soft tops and the list goes on and on.
This is going to make one hell of a nice Jeep with minimal effort and money needed to complete.
If you ever wanted a high end Jeep you better jump on this limited once in a lifetime offer and opportunity.
DON'T MISS IT !!!.
