Vehicle Description 1966 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE 300 DELUXE 2 DOOR SEDAN We purchased this car from the son of the original owner (HIS MOM) who inherited it in 1994.
He said that the car was always garaged from day 1 and that it was her only car and driven up to the day she died.
She was a stay at home Mom and didn't work so it was only driven locally hence the 72,000 original miles.
He said that since he has owned it that he also garaged the car and basically did not drive it very much either.
He only put 500 miles on it since 1994 however he did keep up on it's maintenance by running it at least once a month.
He told us that his health is failing and that no one else in his family wanted the car so he called us to see if we would be interested in buying it.
WELL HELL YEAH !! You don't find these original unmolested Chevelle's every day so we didn't hesitate to strike up a deal and buy it.
CHECK IT OUT !! No one here is saying this car is perfect, it's far from that but it is an original 1966 Chevelle Post Coupe with a 100% original body, chrome & trim with 80% original paint.
It is rock solid with very little bondo and no real rust to speak of.
Maybe a tiny spot or two of surface bubbles down low but that's it ! Even the Fawn cloth bench seat interior is completely original and is in pretty good condition.
The engine is the original 194 c.

6 cylinder that starts right up and runs good and the original 2 speed power glide automatic transmission shifts as it should.
This car was a low dollar stripped down, no frills model with power steering as it's one and only option.
It is documented by it's original dealer invoice and manuals and dealer brochure.
The mileage is also documented by the title which shows 72,024 ACTUAL MILES This car is truly a1 OWNER TIME CAPSULE that are seldom seen and almost never available for sale.
It runs and drives very well and still looks pretty good for a 55 year old all original unrestored car.
