DOCUMENTED We just acquired this very nice and very real 242 1966 Pontiac GTO from a local collector who decided it is time to start downsizing his life and the toys are always the first to go.
This is an older restoration that still looks really good.
The body is very nice and straight and very solid including the floors, trunk & frame.
The base/clear paint has been cut, buffed & polished to a show car shine.
The original paint code is V Mission Beige but I think this color is about a shade or two darker more like code T Martinique Bronze Poly but either way it is a classic 1960's color that is a great classic look with it's correct Black vinyl top.
It was a rich look back in the day and still is in my book.
Anyway, the chrome trim, weather stripping and glass are all in very nice condition and the black bucket seat with factory console and shifter are in like new condition too.
Power comes from a strong running 1969 400 c.

YS engine that is equipped with a correct 1966 Tri-Power (3x2) bbl.
carbs with correct air cleaners, fuel lines & linkage.
Nothing like the roar of tri-powered GOAT !! The transmission has been upgraded to a crisp shifting TH-350 automatic transmission and it has an original 10 bolt safe-t-track rear with 3:
36 gears.
Other features include power steering, power brakes, in-dash tach and gauges, original rally I wheels with red line tires and headers with Flowmaster dual exhaust.
This is a very nice, very well sorted original 1966 GTO that runs, rides and drives as nice as it looks.
NO DISAPPOINTMENTS !! NOTE THIS CAR IS IN OUR SHOP BEING PREPPED FOR SALE.
AS SOON AS IT'S COMPLETED WE WILL POST PICTURES & VIDEO, THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE !!.
