THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE! We just acquired this very nice and very real 138 Super Sport Chevelle from a very good friend of ours who is a collector and complete car nut.
He got the car earlier this summer from the guy that restored the car who told him that he built it to resemble the car he had back in the day.
All we know for sure is that this is a super clean and super nice 1968 SS396 Chevelle that has a great look that runs really strong and drives really tight.
CHECK IT OUT!! The body is super straight, solid and clean including the floors, trunk and frame and the Daytona Yellow base/clear paint is slick and smooth with a deep luster and show car shine.
It has a new and correct black vinyl top and all the chrome, trim and weather-stripping all look like new too.
it has black bucket seat with factory console interior that also looks like new including the seats, carpets, door panels and headliner and everything works as it should too This beauty is powered by a non-number matching 396.

big block engine that we were told has recently beenrebuilt.
We did remove the valve covers to inspect the valve train and it is very clean like someone had recently been in there.
What we do know for sure is that it does have a healthy sounding camshaft with an aluminum intake and Holley carb, HEI ignition and big tube headers.
It does run very strong and sounds really good.
It is backed up by a Munci 4 speed transmission and a 12 bolt posi-traction rear with 3:
31 gears.
Other features include power steering, power disc brakes (front only) FlowMaster dual exhaust, original 14 5 spoke Super Sport wheels with B.
