Vehicle Description 1969 CAMARO PRO-STREET We just got in this awesome 1969 Camaro Pro-Street from a local guy who very reluctantly decided it was time to sell his pride and joy and turn the page to focus on another chapter of his life.
I suppose it happens to all of us at some point and i certainly understand his reluctance to sell this awesome car because just one look and you can see that he poured his heart and soul, time and a huge amount of money into this BAD-ASS CAMARO! CHECK IT OUT!! We were told that this car was professionally repainted a few years ago.
It has an all-metal body except for the 4 cowl hood and it is all super straight and clean and solid as a rock including the floors, trunk and frame and the back half looks to have been done right too.
Painted Victory Red in 2 stage base/clear that we just buffed, polished and ceramic coated to a brilliant show car shine.
It is absolutely gorgeous!! It has like new chrome, trim and weather stripping and glass too.
The black bucket seat interior is also in like new condition including the seats, carpets, door panels and headliner.
It also has a 10-point roll cage that was also professionally installed, and a factory center console with a Hurst quarter stick shifter.
It also has lots of gauges to monitor all its systems too.
It is all very-very nice !! This car is powered by a nasty Big Als Toy Box blown 540c.
i.
big block engine that produces 914 h.
p.
based on its dyno-sheet.
It was built using some of the best internals money can buy including a Merlin block, Scat steel crank, H-Beam rods, JE blower pistons, Pro-Comp aluminum heads,.
714 lift solid roller cam, roller rockers and topped off with an 871 BDS supercharger with 2 Holley Ultra Dominator 950 cfm blower carbs.
We have receipts of the initial build and re-build which was done by a local machine shop a few years later too.
All this is backed up by an ATI TH-400 transmission with reverse manual valve body and a 3000-rpm stall convertor.
It also has a spooled 12 bolt rear with 4:
10 gears.
Other features include:
4-wheel disc brakes, new steering and suspension including Detroit Speeds tubular upper and lower control arms with drop spindles.
It also has ladder bar rear suspension with adjustable coil-over shocks an 18-gallon trunk mounted fuel cell, a Champion 4 core aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, American Billet Specialties Street Light wheels with Hoosier tire.
